Rich has been great. The crew has been exceptional. Black Diamond has the invaluable ability to work with difficult tenants on a retail property and smooth out any sticky situations. It’s difficult when you interrupt someone’s business - like when there is a Taco Bell and Carl’s Jr. where the drive through areas need to be worked on. They go out of their way to work with the tenant’s special circumstances. Carl’s Jr. was up in arms…their livelihood comes from their lunch business. Black Diamond had to be really creative with how they staged the paving around the restaurant. They wanted them to be able to operate their business and they made it happen. They were able to get in and out before prime lunchtime came. Without some foresight, we would have had angry tenants.

I think their pricing has been exceedingly fair and competitive. I think it’s a great company; I wouldn’t even do a job without having them bid it.
